Edit Team Member

Operational role and report access are separate from direct login. Email is optional, but username/password is what live staff will use on the Droplet. Use Test As on any active user to validate exactly what that person can see.

Username

Optional. If blank, this team member cannot sign in directly.

Direct Login Status

This user can sign in with username sales_rep.

Leave the password fields blank to keep the current password.

Password

Leave blank while editing to keep the current password. Minimum 8 characters.

Optional direct hourly cost for this specific person. Time tracking uses this before falling back to the role labor rate.

Active Inactive users stay in history but are removed from active staff pickers and operator assignment choices.

Report Access

Standard Reports Default shared report area. Enable this for users who should open standard reports.

Report Builder Ad hoc report builder and exports.

Accounting Reports Accounting reports, profitability, and financial reporting links.

Dashboards KPI dashboards and executive summary views.

Invoice Reports Invoice operations, payment allocation, and ready-to-bill views.
