Standard Prepress

Use a one-time setup charge for the item. Turn on auto-apply to have every quote item receive it automatically.

New Standard Prepress

File Prep / Version

Charge once for each file version on the quote line. This is the best fit for automatic file-count pricing.

Rush Charges

Create same-day, 24-hour, or custom rush rules using a minimum amount and percent, then select them in quotes and orders.

Create Prepress Charge Type

Set the default sell price here. Quotes can auto-apply these charges to each item and still let you adjust them on specific quote lines when needed.

Preset loaded: File Prep / Version. Enter the amount you want to charge for each version.

Examples: Standard Prepress, File Prep, Proofing, Art Cleanup.

Use Flat for a one-time standard prepress charge. Use Per Version for file prep charged once for each version.

This is the sell price used when the charge is added to a quote.

Use 1 for most defaults. Per File, Per Version, and Per Page quantities are calculated automatically in quotes.

Lower numbers appear first in the quote builder prepress list.
